How does shipping work?

Shipping on Printify products and hand embroideries are calculated at checkout. For stickers and magnets, orders under $16 CAD are shipped untracked via letter mail for $2.00 CAD to give you the lowest shipping cost possible.

Why do apparel and tote bags ship separately from other physical products?

Apparel and tote bags are shipped directly from a third party manufacturer, whereas stickers, magnets and hand embroideries are shipped directly from Enchanted Planet. Because of this, these items must be purchased separately. This will not change the shipping costs of any items. Due to the digital nature of templates, they can be purchased with any other products without issue!

Can I exchange or return a product?

No returns or exchanges will be accepted as products are printed on demand and shipped as ordered. No inventory is kept and therefore items cannot be returned or exchanged for a replacement. There are no refunds on digital products - no exceptions.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders Printify orders are fulfilled by our suppliers within two business days. Once your package is sent off, you’ll be provided with a tracking number to give you an estimate of when your order will arrive. 

Hand embroideries are sent from Enchanted Planet within three business days. They will be tracked. 

Stickers and magnets are sent from Enchanted Planet within three business days. They will be untracked.
